Terms and Conditions for Coaching Services

Welcome to Mothers and Sisters. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (“Client”) and Inge Steemans (“Coach”) operating under the name “Mothers and Sisters,” with its registered office at Prinses Marijkestraat 75, 2595TL, The Hague, The Netherlands. Mothers and Sisters is registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) with number 93502702 and VAT number NL005022720B18 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Mothers & Sisters’). You can contact us via email at inge@mothersandsisters.com. By booking or participating in any coaching session, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

1.1 Coaching services include 1-on-1 sessions tailored to support clients in their personal and motherhood journeys.
1.2 Coaching is not a substitute for medical, mental health, or therapeutic care. The Coach is not a licensed therapist or medical professional and does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time and being prepared to engage fully in the process.
2.2 Coaching is a collaborative effort; the Client is responsible for implementing strategies and taking action based on insights from sessions.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 All sessions must be booked in advance via the provided booking platform or by direct arrangement with the Coach.
3.2 Payment for sessions or packages must be completed before the first session, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.3 Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or cancellations outside the cancellation policy terms (see Section 4).

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
4.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session may be charged in full or counted against prepaid packages.
4.3 The Coach reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided to the Client.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., harm to self or others).
5.2 The Coach may use general, anonymized data or feedback for marketing or training purposes but will never disclose personal or identifying information.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Client agrees to hold the Coach harmless for any outcomes resulting from coaching sessions, including but not limited to personal, professional, or relationship decisions.
6.2 The Coach’s services are provided “as is,” with no guarantees of specific results.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All materials, tools, and content provided during coaching remain the intellectual property of the Coach.
7.2 Clients may not reproduce, share, or distribute coaching materials without prior written consent.

8. Termination of Agreement

8.1 Either party may terminate the coaching agreement with written notice.
8.2 No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or partially used packages.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
